• Transcripts: Automated transcripts generated by Google Meet.

1.2 Survey Respondents

• Responses: Anonymous survey answers collected via Google Forms.
• Optional email: Provided voluntarily for beta access and gift card draw entry.

1.3 Website Visitors

• Analytics data: Anonymised usage information via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, referral sources).

1.4 Email Subscribers

• Email addresses: Collected via website form or survey opt-in, managed in Kit CRM (free plan).
